Silicone rubber just about hundred years history since Friedel produced the first silicon compound SiEt 4 containing the Si-C bond in 1863.

As the raw material of the high-temperature resistant wires, silicone rubber has excellent properties, with high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, radiation resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and have good cold resistance and weather resistance. It can work stably during the temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃with a rated voltage of 60kv and below.

However, Silicone rubber high-temperature resistant wires also have the characteristics of softness and flexibility. The combination of silicone rubber and processed copper and copper alloy wires produces the most flexible high-temperature resistant wire structure, as soft as a rope, highly suitable for application in narrow spaces.

Regarding a widely applications in power equipment, signal control equipment, computer interiors, lead wires for electric heating appliances, lamp head wires, thermocouple temperature measurement equipment, ceramic refractory equipment, interiors of locomotives, vehicles and ships, automotive ignition wires, and internal connection wires for implantable medical devices used in high-temperature environments.

In past 35 years, HANSTAR is providing high-quality temperature-resistant wires solutions for more than 4000 business partners in the world including the industry of smart homes, automobiles, household appliances, computers, medical care, transportation facilities, Industry 4.0, defense and military, and aerospace, to make the people life better and better.
